Impact stories

We want to drive real change. Here you will find examples of the impact of our scientific work.

Real change

We are more than a traditional research project that merely produces scientific results. Our work goes far beyond that. We have created a transdisciplinary, science-based platform with the goal of driving real change. In addition to conducting research and publishing scientific articles, we organize meetings and collaborations between various actors within the food system.

Through dialogues and webinars, we explore how research findings can be translated into practice and how we can collectively drive systemic change. We also actively contribute to policy development and public debate by sharing knowledge on key issues, including through participation in Almedalen, parliamentary seminars, and more.

Möjligheten att ta del av forskarnas arbete, diskutera och utbyta perspektiv med andra aktörer längs hela livsmedelskedjan har varit särskilt betydelsefullt.

Why be a partner?

Partners often tell us that it was the programme’s systemic approach that attracted them to participate. The partnership has provided important knowledge and inspiration. Being able to take part in the researchers’ work, discussing and breaking perspectives with other actors along the entire food chain has been valuable.

The responsibility for the transition lies with the entire food chain, working together and with everyone taking responsibility for their part. A greater consensus on how we can achieve a resilient food chain will facilitate and accelerate the work, while at the same time we need to be even more diligent in ensuring that research is translated into modern methods and products and forms the basis for political decisions.

Working together is the key.
