New report on Sweden and seafood.

Based on the scenarios examined and presented in the Mistra Food Futures report #1, this report has shown that there are ways to increase seafood consumption in Sweden according to dietary recommendations – while simultaneously reducing its climate footprint, both overall and per kg of seafood consumed – with a similarly varied seafood menu as today. It largely involves increasing consumption in the right way, such as choosing the most climate-friendly options within seafood categories that consumers enjoy eating – and perhaps trying to influence or nudge increased consumption of certain categories, and less of others.
